Consult the table below for a complete list of delivery times. All orders are handled and sent from our warehouse in Rijen. Orders are usually shipped the next working day after they are placed, but take extra time to process your order during public holidays and sales seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Please note that we will not ship at the weekend.
If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we cannot make any changes.
We cannot guarantee delivery on Saturday. You will receive a confirmation email with the track and trace as soon as your order will be sent. It can take up to 48 hours before you receive this sending confirmation by e-mail. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier.
If you need additional shipping services, such as a 'signature required', make sure you select the correct option at checkout. If no one is available, please contact us before you place your order.
Delivery times are based on average estimates of the courier and cannot guarantee it.For international orders, the delivery times depend on how efficient the customs agents are of your country, and there may be delays if there is a backlog in the specific postal processing center of your country - this is outside our control. If you encounter problems with your shipment, send an e-mail email@example.com.
Also note that if incorrect or incomplete addresses are provided, or if non-verified details are at your order, this can delay the processing with another 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly check their shipping and invoice data before they pay to ensure that any delays are avoided.
Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered in the letterbox or front door of the specified address, but it is up to the delivery person to decide whether the package is safely left in the open air. If they consider it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or plan a new delivery. Our best recommendation is to enter a shipping address that you know whether someone else will be available to receive the package (a work address or address of a friend).

Once your order has been sent, Mardin Watches is not responsible for loss or damage. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow the tracking information provided and contact the United States Postal Service, DHL or your local courier to check the delivery of your purchase. We will assist you as well as possible in recovering an article, but unfortunately we cannot give a replacement or reimbursement until the article can be successfully returned or the confirmation that the item is returned can be provided.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed on the e-mail address that you have specified at checkout. This can take up to 24 hours. You will receive a second e-mail as soon as your order has been sent, with your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package.If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us† Please note 1-2 days before the tracking information is displayed. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not be updated, but you still receive your order. Contact us after the estimated delivery time.
International taxes & duties
International orders (outside the European Union) can be subject to VAT, import taxes or other charges that are appropriate to your local customs. These costs are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Mardin Watches and cannot be reimbursed.
We record import duties and taxes in the price of our products for a large number of countries - and this is clearly displayed at checkout.
Articles sent via DHL Express cannot be 'returned to the sender' and therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to understand whether there are local charges, taxes or other costs that must be paid on arrival (for international orders) . We cannot grant a refund if the package is refused by the customer.
By placing an order at Mardin Watches, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipment to us. Consult our return policy for more information about how you can return your packages.
